Biography

Dr. Amanda Helmers is a clinical psychologist providing general adult outpatient services. She has specialized training in Women's Mental Health, Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders, and Attachment-Based Interventions. Dr. Helmers's areas of interest include research on psychotherapy and the therapeutic alliance, contemporary psychoanalytic and critical theory, and integratvie approaches for treating traumatic stress and emotion dysregulation.
