Biography

Dr. Amy Kwon is a native Oregonian who is happy to be practicing medicine in her home state. She received her medical degree from Weill Cornell Medical College and completed her residency training in New York City. She sees many of her patients in the primary care clinic, and she also spends a significant amount of time in the hospital as faculty on the Medicine Teaching Service. In addition to working with medical students and residents in a variety of clinical and classroom settings, Dr. Kwon is heavily involved with the medical school as the clerkship director for Internal Medicine. Her academic interests include medical education and navigating difficult conversations in the health care setting.

In her free time, she enjoys visiting the national parks, playing music with friends, and spending time with her family.
