Biography
Dr. Andrew Janssen is a family physician. His interests are in obstetrics, hospital medicine, children’s health care, mental health and international medicine. He was a rural family physician in Eastern Oregon for 10 years and spent 4 years teaching in Ethiopia. He enjoys being with patients through their most challenging and joy-filled times in life. As of July 2023 he is Chief of Medicine at Hillsboro Medical Center.
When he’s not seeing patients or teaching, he enjoys time with his family and friends, reading, running or traveling.
