Anne Connor, M.S.W., LCSW

Biography

Anne Connor developed an interest in health care after providing childbirth education and labor support as well as working with veterans with chronic health conditions. She has had a long career providing mental health and substance use disorder treatment in many community settings in Portland and Ann Arbor, Michigan. Prior to coming to Scappoose Family Medicine, she worked as an inpatient social worker at OHSU. In her role as a behavioral health consultant, she applies her knowledge of mental health and substance use disorder in her work with patients of all ages with a variety of primary care concerns. Anne is particularly interested in the impact of trauma on medical conditions and trauma-informed care.

When not working, Anne enjoys her garden, her two cats, running on a treadmill (she falls if she runs outdoors) and cooking.
