Biography
Briana Hayes is an experienced and dedicated therapist with a strong focus on individual, couple and family therapy. With over six years of expertise, her goal is to provide personalized support to her clients as they navigate unique challenges and embark on a journey of growth and healing.
Briana’s professional background includes specialized training in DBT and play therapy, along with a certification in trauma-focused CBT. Drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, she incorporates evidence-based modalities such as narrative therapy, CBT, motivational interviewing and systems theory. Additionally, Briana possesses comprehensive skills in crisis intervention and suicide prevention.
Outside of her professional life, Briana derives joy from various hobbies. She has a deep appreciation for movies and television, particularly within the horror genre, and she channels her creativity through drawing and painting. Briana also finds enjoyment in video games and board games. Although she is from Chicago, she has developed a profound love for the Pacific Northwest and finds solace in exploring nature through hiking and engaging in outdoor activities.
