Biography

Mr. Read is a Nurse Anesthetist that provides safe, high-quality peri-operative anesthesia care for a diverse patient population for nearly all types of surgical services.  Mr. Read is an OHSU School of Medicine Faculty Instructor and Nurse Anesthesia Program Instructor in the OHSU School of Nursing.  He also serves as an international anesthesia volunteer with the organization Health Volunteers Overseas (HVO) with the shared mission to “improve the world’s health through education”; last assignment was with the Ministry of Health in Bhutan.  Mr. Read is a lover of life and an outdoor enthusiast that enjoys wind, water (in all its states), gravity, and sharing extraordinary moments with others.  Live Magnanimously!
