Callie C. Peters, PA-C (she/her)

  • Instructor of Neurological Surgery, School of Medicine

Biography

I am a physician assistant who treats adult patients with spinal deformity, cervical stenosis and lumbar stenosis.

The greatest reward in patient care is ensuring patients fully understand their medical conditions and treatment options. I particularly enjoy neurological surgery, where the team can tailor treatment plans that help patients return to their daily lives.

My health care experience spans neurological surgery, pulmonary medicine and cardiology. Before entering physical assistant school, I worked as a medical assistant in family medicine.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, traveling, hiking and spending time with my family and pets.
