Carolyn joined the Center for Health Systems Effectiveness in May 2021. She is responsible for the oversight and management of the financial, operational, human resources, and administrative functions. Before coming to CHSE she worked as a Financial Analyst with OHSU Family Medicine. She has a background in finance, provider compensation, grants/contracts, budgets, taxes and management. She holds Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Management.
