Catherine Polan Orzech, M.A., L.M.F.T.

  • Instructor of Psychiatry, Division of Clinical Psychology, School of Medicine

Biography

Catherine specializes in supporting women and their experience of well-being through some of the most sensitive times in their lives – pregnancy, post-partum, and dealing with pain or difficulty with their sexuality. She focuses on using mindfulness-based psychotherapy and is available to work with women individually, with their romantic partners or in groups.

In her spare time, Catherine enjoys time with her family going on adventures in nature, taking in a music concert, doing yoga and trying to keep up with her son’s very busy schedule. She’s so happy to live in the Pacific Northwest where there are so many hot springs.
