Biography

Chelsea Ruder is a Research Data Analyst with the Evaluation Assistance Team at the Oregon Clinical and Translational Research Institute (OCTRI). She works with OHSU researchers and community-based organizations across Oregon to develop and implement evaluation-related activities. Chelsea also provides evaluation technical assistance and training to the Knight Cancer Institute's Community Partnership Program (CPP) applicants and grantees and evaluates the overall program. 

Previously, Chelsea worked as a Community Research Liaison in the Columbia River Gorge for OCTRI. She received an undergraduate degree in public health and is pursuing a Master's in Public Health, both from Oregon State University. Chelsea has over 8 years of experience working with non-profit organizations providing health and nutrition services to children and mental health support to birthing parents.
