Biography
Nhat Le is a dedicated, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who delivers reliable, ethical healthcare with the ability to work on and lead multidisciplinary teams. He works hard to build positive relationships with patients, family members, physicians and other medical professionals. Known as a patient advocate and team player; he believes in empowering patients by delivering health education and care that enhances wellness and quality of life. In addition, by speaking Vietnamese, he is able to serve many Vietnamese community members. Nhat has strong clinical skills enhanced by natural ability to build rapport with patients and families. He follows evidence-based guidelines blended with clinical experience and personal observation.
He enjoys spending time with family, traveling, exercise, and scuba diving and going to the beach.
