Connor is a Research Assistant in the Butler lab. He completed his undergraduate degree at Pomona College in Claremont, CA, where he obtained his B.A. in Neuroscience. Connor’s research interests include plasticity, regeneration, and neurogenesis. In the Butler lab, Connor studies the behavior of interneuron cell populations of the mammalian hippocampus following traumatic brain injury, and how changes in these populations might contribute to seizure-like activity and epileptogenesis in context of health and disease. When not in the lab, Connor is definitely trail running somewhere in the Cascades or along the coast.
