Corinne Allen, L.C.S.W. (she/her)
Biography
Corinne Allen is a licensed clinical social worker who supports patients, families and clinics when patients are in the process of transitioning from pediatric to adult medical care.
Corinne is endlessly interested in human beings and how they operate and holds a particularly strong curiosity toward the adolescent and young adult developmental periods. She has been fortunate to have worked with this age group for many years. She loves to work with youth and young adults from a variety of backgrounds and identities to help them build the skills and find the resources to support successful transition from pediatric to adult care. She emphasizes self-determination and building flexible ways of relating to oneself and the environment.
Corinne is an avid reader and especially loves different types of fiction and reading about neuroscience and human behavior. She is passionate about working out and regularly engages in spinning, dancing, barre, Pilates and lifting weights. She loves to spend time with her husband and their three boys, either just hanging out at home or getting out into Oregon’s beautiful nature.
