Cyndi Painter-Press, M.S.N., RN, NE-BC

  • Clinical Instructor, School of Nursing

Biography

I am an instructor at OHSU's School of Nursing in the online RN to BS undergraduate degree program

My 20 years in nursing has allowed me a diverse view into our profession. My practice has spanned in-patient, outpatient, community, acute care, education as well as leadership positions. My passions include serving the high risk and underserved, increasing awareness around population health, and leading/modeling the role of the RN within healthcare delivery systems and health care reform. In particular, I am an advocate for nurses knowing and owning role specific responsibilities as well as being integral players in today changing healthcare landscape.
