Dane Brodke, M.D., M.P.H. (he/him)
- Assistant Professor of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation, School of Medicine
Biography
I am an orthopedic surgeon who treats adult patients with new bone fractures of the arms, legs and pelvis. I also work with patients with old fractures who are having problems healing.
I offer my patients surgical and non-surgical stabilization of fractures to promote healing and recovery.
I work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support patients and their families as they face the challenges of recovering from serious musculoskeletal injuries. My research aims to advance fracture care by improving surgical precision with innovative techniques and using wearable devices to assess patient mobility and function in everyday situations.
When not caring for patients, I enjoy skiing, hiking and spending time with my wife and our black lab in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
