Biography
Dr. Desire Tshala-Katumbay earned his M.D. degree (Neurology) from the University of Kinshasa, Zaire; MPH degree (Epidemiology and Biostatistics) from Oregon Health & Science University; and a Ph.D. degree (Neurology) from the University of Uppsala, Sweden.
