Daniela Roth is a Postdoctoral Scholar with the Bertassoni group, returning to the U.S. after a decade (or so) in Canada. Her PhD dissertation work, supervised by Dr. Daniel Graf at the University of Alberta School of Dentistry, explored craniofacial growth zones and what guides the fate of different cell types in the developing skull. Daniela is drawn to art in science and strives to foster creativity in problem-solving wherever she finds herself.
