Biography
I’m Dr. David J. Mazur-Hart, a fellowship-trained neurological surgeon. I perform cranial, spinal, and peripheral nerve surgery. I have a special interest and subspecializes in treating the most challenging conditions of the spine such as deformity correction, scoliosis surgery, revision surgery and spinal tumors.
I completed my neurological surgery residency at Oregon Health & Science University and pursued additional training in complex spinal surgery and minimally invasive spinal surgery techniques at the University of California, San Francisco.
I partner with my patients to determine the best treatment plan that will help improve their quality of life. As a native Oregonian, I’m grateful to care for the great people of the Pacific Northwest. In my free time, I enjoy fly fishing, hiking, playing sports and spending time with family.S
