Dawn transitioned to the role of Associate Bursar in 2023 after serving as Division Administrator/Assistant Director for Finance and Administration for the Division of Phyician Assistant Education since 2012. Ms. McNeill has over 30 years of experience in higher education, non-profit education and a background in finance and accounting.
