Biography
Debra Diaz joined the faculty as an Assistant Professor in 2022. She is a 2014 graduate of The George Washington University Physician Assistant Program in Washington DC. Her clinical background includes emergency medicine, observation medicine, and urgent care. She currently works in Family Medicine at OHSU's Richmond Clinic, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Southeast Portland. She is passionate about advocacy and increasing access to health care, currenting serving on Oregon's Universal Health Plan Governance Board.
Debbie is originally from Miami, Florida, but has lived and practiced medicine in Washington, DC, and California before putting down roots in the Pacific Northwest.
