Biography

Eleanor Battison grew up in Stockholm, Sweden, and received her BA in Psychology from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver BC, Canada. She earned her MS in Counseling Psychology from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, OR. She has several years of experience working in both direct clinical service and research. Her current interests include health and pain psychology, with an emphasis on trauma, health disparities, multicultural psychology and underserved populations. When she isn’t pursuing her doctoral degree, she enjoys traveling and practicing her golf swing.
