Biography
Dr. Elizabeth A. Fialkowski is a pediatric surgeon and an associate professor of surgery in the Division of Pediatric Surgery in the OHSU School of Medicine.
Dr. Fialkowski performs the full breadth of pediatric surgeries, and has specialized training in pediatric surgical oncology — taking care of children with cancer. Caring for children with cancer and their families takes a full team of dedicated doctors and support staff; surgery is one of many ways we can improve these children's lives.
Dr. Fialkowski earned her M.D. from the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and completed her residency in general surgery at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Mo. She completed a fellowship in pediatric surgery at St. Louis Children's Hospital and a fellowship in pediatric surgical oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City.
When she's not working, Dr. Fialkowski enjoys salsa dancing, running and spending time with her friends and family – especially her brother, who lives in Portland.
