Biography
After earning her M.S. in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology from the University of Texas at Dallas, Emily Chao joined CEDAR to contribute her skills to a variety of projects, ranging from exploratory research to a specialized focus on single-cell analysis. Currently, she is working to discover the significance of clonal mutations in blood cancer through the analysis of single-cell data. Additionally, Emily is developing computational tools aimed at supporting infrastructure and enhancing the performance of HPC systems.
