Emma M. Jones, PA-C (she/her)
- Instructor of Family Medicine, School of Medicine
Biography
I am a family medicine physician associate who treats patients of all ages who need all types of preventative and general care, but I also offer treatment for those with high blood pressure, diabetes and depression/mental health care needs.
Family medicine is a special place for me because I have the privilege of serving my patients through the various stages of life. I love getting to know families and welcoming their newborn additions! Seeking out care can be an unnerving process. My goal in this clinic is to create an environment of comfort and understanding. I want my patients to feel as though they can reach out to me for all concerns without a second thought.
Outside of OHSU, my favorite time is spent outside. I enjoy trail running, water skiing, snow skiing and riding dirt bikes. I have a green thumb and love both outdoor gardening and caring for my houseplant collection. I'm almost always projecting on something, like rebuilding a coffee maker or car/boat/motorcycle maintenance. When I'm home, I'm often loving on my two well-fed cats, Mia and Decker.
