Biography
Gwen is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist originally from Buffalo, NY. After graduating with her BSN, she gained her nursing experience in the Trauma ICU of Buffalo's Level 1 Trauma Center. She worked in critical care for 3 years before returning to the University at Buffalo to pursue Anesthesia training. She graduated from UB in 2011 and immediately headed out west, which has always been a lifelong dream. She has been in Portland since January 2012, first working at Legacy Good Samaritan Hospital and now OHSU. She enjoys all things outdoors, especially if her partner and two Black Labs (who happen to be service-dog dropouts) can come with her.
