Biography
Dr. Heather Christianson is a primary care doctor who treats newborns, children and adults. She offers services in family medicine such as reproductive health and maternity care.
Dr. Christianson also offers care for:
- menopause
- male and female sexual health
- infertility
- diabetes
- hypertension
- chronic disease
She offers services including:
- osteopathic manipulative medicine
- vaginal deliveries
- birth control
- circumcision
- injections
- skin biopsies
As an osteopathic doctor, Dr. Christianson also provides manipulation for musculoskeletal issues. She also has done research in infertility and maternity care.
Dr. Christianson’s approach to patient care is to educate patients about their conditions and options. She says about her approach, “Whether in clinic, the hospital or the delivery room, I want my patients to feel empowered because they have the knowledge and tools to determine what the best next step is for them. I love working with patients to help them better understand their health, upcoming challenges and setting goals for the years to come.”
When she’s not working, she and her family enjoy cooking, traveling and musical theater. She also likes doing furniture restoration projects and recycling old items.
