Hetal Choxi, M.D. is a family medicine physician who provides primary care for the whole family. She focuses on pediatrics, preventive care, and women’s health, and enjoys developing long-lasting relationships with her patients to support their ongoing health care needs.

Dr. Choxi moved to Oregon in 2016, after completing her residency and serving as a clinical lecturer in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Michigan. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, pottery on wheel, hiking and camping.”
