Biography

Hillary Regan is the Research Administrator for the Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine in the OHSU School of Medicine. Her responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of all research grants and contracts, including Clinical Trials
  • Systems and Policy Development for research programs
  • Monitoring research programs for compliance
  • Personnel Management
  • Strategic Planning

Hillary holds a BS in Management and Leadership, and a certificate in The Business of Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Portland State University.

Hillary has been an OHSU employee since the mid-90’s and her career interests include design thinking, human centered design, conflict transformation, and process improvement. Outside of work Hillary enjoys spending time with her family, engaging in outdoor activities (gardening, camping, fishing, hiking and adventuring), crafting and up-cycling.
