Biography
Hugo CROS has joined CEDAR as a Computational Biologist. He arrived from France where he worked in one of the leader engineering group SETEC in Paris as a data scientist in order to achieve artificial intelligence projects. He mainly involved in Deep Learning and Computer vision projects. In the last few years, he obtained an engineering degree in Centrale Graduate Schools and specialized in medical biology at the Gustave Roussy Institute, a leading cancer center in Europe. In CEDAR, he works mostly with single-cell multi-omics to help CEDAR identify how cancer develops at a single cell resolution. He also aims to build workflows to study the data from a variety of new angles. Hugo is enthusiastic to work in CEDAR and believes that his expertise, training and motivation would allow him to be helpful in advancing CEDAR mission.
