Biography
Dr. Jackie Webb is an associate professor at OHSU’s School of Nursing and is the Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program director. As director of the FNP program, she is committed to providing quality health care to all of Oregon by increasing access to health care providers. Distance education allows nurses living in rural areas the opportunity to pursue an FNP/DNP degree and become primary care providers.
Dr. Webb serves as the Portland National Association of Hispanic Nurses (NAHN) chapter president. She serves as the chair of the Policy & Advocacy committee of the national NAHN organization. As a bilingual FNP with over 25 years of experience, she has cared for underserved and uninsured patient populations for most of her clinical career. She is committed to decreasing barriers to health care and increasing equitable and inclusive care for all.
