Jeffrey Kuang (pronounced "Kwong") was born and raised in the Portland area and has worked with youth in a myriad of different fields from Psychiatric Residential Treatment for children and adolescents experiencing mental health crises, special education and long term professional mentoring for youth in foster care to alleviate generational poverty.

Jeffrey enjoys working with kids and families because of the opportunity to improve coping and independent skills through collaborative problem-solving and empowerment for success based on the "kids do well if they can" approach.

In his spare time, Jeffrey loves to spend time with his family, preparing to be a good uncle, Basketball (Go Blazers!), Classical guitar, Literature and retro video games.
