Biography

I am a family medicine provider who cares for patients of all ages with musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, and concussion conditions.

Some of the treatments I provide include diagnostic ultrasounds, ultrasound-guided injections and acute and chronic joint pain management strategies.

My approach to patient care starts with listening to my patients' concerns and fully educating them on what is causing their symptoms and all the options they have to address them. I believe education is power and the key to the patient's care. I practice evidence-based medicine, and if I do not know the answer, I will be honest and sure to try to help you find it.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching and playing all sports! My partner and I are big WNBA and NWSL fans. I played college basketball and transitioned to playing ultimate frisbee for the last ten years. My team became multiple-time National Champions and is the current reigning World Champion. I also enjoy weightlifting, climbing, hiking, camping, and traveling.

I am originally from Graham, Washington. I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, and after spending the last four years away, I can definitely say that the PNW is truly the best. I am so excited to be back in Portland and to start building connections to the community.
