Jennifer Fife
Biography
I was born and raised in San Diego, California. It was there that I found a love for all things outdoors; from hiking and paddle boarding to my current involvement in co-ed Softball, Kickball, and Volleyball. I have instilled this same love of the outdoors in my two very active daughters, even in the winter where we enjoy sledding and building fires to make S’mores. We absolutely love animals, including our 3 cats and pet hamster. The two youngest cats are a lot like dogs, they wake me up in the morning to go out for a daily walk, we play fetch, and beg me for treats. I moved to Oregon in 2011 and received my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting in 2015 from Eastern Oregon University. It was our family’s personal experience with Doernbecher just months before that which drove me to actively seek employment with OHSU. I was so moved by the experience that I wanted nothing more than to be a part of the mission here at OHSU/Doernbecher. I was first given that opportunity in 2017 when I joined the SAT Clinical Trials Team as a Financial Analyst. I have spent the last 4 years learning the ins and outs of grants and clinical trials and am anxious to continue to grow with OHSU, with my most recent move joining the Library as a Financial Analyst 2.
