Jennifer Liberts, M.S.W., CSWA (she/her)

Biography

I am a social worker who treats patients of all ages in the OHSU Hemostasis and Thrombosis Center. I focus on patients' emotional and social needs.

As a counselor and advocate for people with bleeding disorders and their family members. I help people navigate various issues, including financial hardship, health insurance decisions, school-related matters and mental health challenges.

I help patients manage their bleeding disorders through a culturally competent, strengths-based approach. What I love most about my job is the opportunity to develop long-term relationships with patients and their family members.

I enjoy spending time with my three children, writing children's books, baking bread, being outside and browsing bookstores.
