Biography

Dr. Jou specializes in the surgical, medical and supportive care of women with gynecologic cancers. She is dedicated to partnering with her patients by listening carefully to their hopes and needs and by providing detailed information on their best treatment options.

Dr. Jou performs open, laparoscopic, and advanced robotic surgeries. She also administers chemotherapy and other anti-cancer treatments.

Her research examines real-world trends in physician practices and patient outcomes. She has a special interest in clinical trials and personalized gynecologic cancer therapies.

Dr. Jou grew up in Taiwan, and loves to visit her family who still live on the beautiful island. She is a certified bilingual Mandarin provider. After completing her residency training in the Bronx and fellowship in San Diego, she moved to the Pacific Northwest with her husband, who is a physician at the Veterans hospital. She loves being outdoors, listening to podcasts, and exploring new cities.
