Biography
Jessica Nason is a physical therapist who treats pediatric chronic pain, idiopathic toe-walking, post-op and post-acute patients, patients with a history of cardiac surgery or cardiac condition, developmental disabilities including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, autism and Down syndrome, torticollis, gross motor delays, concussion and vestibular dysfunction.
Jessica helps patients with gross motor development support, stretching, strengthening, motor planning and coordination training, serial casting, vestibular rehabilitation, pain education, sensory modulation, gait training, wheelchair and equipment management, and orthotics support and management.
Jessica’s approach to patient care is patient and family centered. She aims to connect deeply with her patients and their families to provide the best physical therapy care she can while advocating for them in the medical setting and in the community.
Jessica enjoys teaching yoga in the greater Portland community, gardening, cooking and spending time with her partner and family outdoors (cross-country skiing, camping, biking, hiking and paddle boarding).
