Biography
My research, community involvement and clinical practice revolve around health equity. I was project director of Advancing Health Equity through Student Empowerment & Professional Success (HealthE STEPS), funded by Health Resources & Services Administration Nursing Workforce Diversity grant from 2017-2021. I am currently program manager of the Oregon Nursing Education Academy, funded by a Health Resources & Services Administration grant through 2026 to increase the nursing workforce and improve health equity.
