Biography
Joyce Hollander-Rodriguez, M.D., is the Associate Dean for Graduate Medical Education and an associate professor of family medicine in the OHSU School of Medicine. She served as the residency program director for Cascades East Family Medicine from 2011- 2023 and was the founding regional associate dean for the OHSU Campus for Rural Health from 2015 - 2023. She is active in organizations to support community health and holds a certificate of added qualification in hospice and palliative care.
Originally from a small community in Western Oregon, she attended Stanford for college, earned her medical degree at OHSU in 2000 and completed her residency in Klamath Falls at OHSU's Cascades East Family Medicine Residency.
Dr. Hollander-Rodriguez is passionate about rural health education, graduate medical education and training a thriving physician workforce to meet the needs of our communities. She especially enjoys spending time at her small ranch in Klamath Falls surrounded by her family and animals.
