Julia joined the Center for Health Systems Effectiveness in 2022 to support the Center’s evaluation of Oregon’s Medicaid Coordinated Care Organizations. Heinlein’s relationship with OHSU began in 2018 as a student pursuing her M.P.H. in epidemiology and has been OHSU staff since 2019, having formerly served as a researcher for the OHSU Oregon Rural Practice-based Research Network (ORPRN). Heinlein earned her M.P.H. in 2020 and also holds a B.S. in Biochemistry from Southern Oregon University.
