Biography
Julia is a board certified women’s health care nurse practitioner who trained at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Before pursuing her MSN, Julia was a registered nurse working in labor and delivery, as well as mother/baby care.
Julia is honored to provide compassionate, evidence based health care during all stages of life. Her clinical interests include general gynecology, including contraception and post-pregnancy care, with a special interest in menopause. Julia is credentialed through the North American Menopause Society as a Certified Menopause Practitioner and provides care in our Menopause and Sexual Medicine program.
Through shared decision making and health promotion, Julia encourages patients to have an active voice in their health care needs and goals. She provides care at both OHSU Hillsboro Medical Center and the OHSU Center for Women’s Health.
Julia is a Midwest native, but is thrilled to call the Pacific Northwest home. She enjoys hiking, gardening, and crafting in her free time. She also loves being outdoors with her husband and their two sons.
