Biography
Dr. Karen Anstey received her medical training at Oregon Health & Science University. She subsequently completed her Internal Medicine residency and Allergy and Immunology fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco. She has since returned to Oregon Health & Science University as an Assistant Professor of Medicine. Her main interests include urticaria, drug allergy, food allergy, and eosinophilic esophagitis. She is board certified in both adult and pediatric Allergy and Immunology. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
