Katie Hart Moore is a part of CEDAR as a biomedical engineering graduate student co-mentored by Dr. Carolyn Schutt Ibsen & Dr. Adem Yildirim. Before joining she earned her BSE in biomedical engineering at Case Western Reserve University, where she worked to create nanoparticles for targeted drug delivery to cancer tumors. She grew up in Denver, Colorado so is no stranger to the outdoors, and outside of school she enjoys spending her time climbing, hiking, and painting.
