Katie Mosack is a Translational Endeavors Staff Scientist for the Oregon Clinical and Translational Research Institute (OCTRI). In this role, she manages the NIH-funded Blueprint 2 multisite RCT and is the Associate Director of the OCTRI Workforce Development program. Katie has over 10 years of experience in academia, where she and her team studied the experiences of patients from marginalized communities living with chronic, life threatening, and often stigmatizing medical conditions. These experiences will inform her work in OCTRI, where she will support translational research projects and new career investigators conducting such research. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Science and a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.
