Kelsey analyzes T-MSIS national Medicaid data in support of research-informed health systems transformation. She joined CHSE in 2020 with her M.P.H. from Oregon State University's epidemiology track. Prior to joining the Center for Health Systems Effectiveness, Kelsey worked with an Oregon health care provider evaluating inpatient and outpatient interventions and assisting in homelessness research. Her interests include health disparities among vulnerable populations and methodological challenges in the valid and accurate analysis of big data.
