Kentaro Yamada, M.D., Ph.D.

Biography

Dr. Yamada completed his diagnostic radiology residency and interventional radiology fellowship at National Defense Medical College in Japan. After his training, he devoted himself to clinical practice, education and research in university hospitals in the Tokyo metropolitan area. He joined our department as a research assistant professor starting in 2022. His research interests include oncology, portal hypertension, artificial intelligence application to interventional radiology. He is looking forward to exploring Oregon's nature.
