Biography
Kirsten joined the Center for Health Systems Effectiveness in December 2021. She leads all non-research functions of the center. Before coming to CHSE she oversaw refugee resettlement and behavioral health programs throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Aspengren has a background in nonprofit management including work in health policy, educational policy and harm reduction services. Throughout her career, Kirsten has focused on diversity, equity and inclusion, committing to an anti-racist growth mindset both personally and professionally.
