Larlene Dunsmuir, D.N.P., FNP, ANP-BC
Biography
Larlene Dunsmuir, D.N.P., FNP, ANP-BC, has been a nurse practitioner for more than 30 years and maintains a clinical practice while teaching full-time. Larlene brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of nursing practice, policy and education to her work. She received her B.S. in nursing in 1985 and her master’s degree in nursing with a focus on adult health nurse practitioner in 1993 from the University of Portland. She completed a family nurse practitioner post-master's certificate program in 2000. She obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2014 at Chatham University in Pittsburgh. Larlene has held many positions in local and national professional associations and is a strong advocate for the nurse practitioner profession.
