Biography
Dr. Fuerst is originally from a small town in Ohio and stayed within the Midwest to attend the University of Notre Dame for her undergraduate degree. She frequently worked internationally in Eastern Uganda during her undergrad and completed a 1-year fellowship in South Africa before completing her MD/MPH at George Washington University.
Dr. Fuerst is honored to partner with her patients on a variety of women's health issues. She is passionate about adolescent health, natural child birth, family planning, and trauma-informed care. She is also avidly interested in research, particularly in the family planning and health policy. In her spare time, Dr. Fuerst is also a yoga instructor and loves rock climbing, skiing, and playing outside with her dog and fiance!
