Michelle started as a volunteer at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital back in 2010 and always knew that working in healthcare administration and education was where she wanted to end up. She has previously held positions at the Knight Cancer Institute and School of Nursing. She spent most her life in Oregon having grown up in Coos Bay, then graduating from the University of Oregon with a degree in Psychology with minors in ethnic and women and gender studies. In her spare time she enjoys staying active and exploring all the hikes, natural landmarks, and treating herself to the plethora of culinary wonders of the Pacific Northwest with her fiancé and pup.
