Nick Anders Johnson, M.D.
- Assistant Professor of Family Medicine, School of Medicine
Biography
I’m a family physician who loves providing comprehensive primary care to patients and families of all ages and backgrounds. My clinical interests include geriatric medicine, LGBTQ+ health and teaching future doctors.
I’m passionate about caring for my patients in different settings, whether in the clinic, hospital or even in their homes and long-term care facilities. I enjoy getting to know my patients over time and hearing their life stories, which helps me provide care that supports their health goals as they grow and age.
I’ve completed advanced training in geriatric medicine and am interested in helping older adults stay healthy and independent. I’m also excited to be part of OHSU, where I teach medical students and residents about family medicine and caring for older adults.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family. I also enjoy running, hiking, gardening, reading sci-fi novels, playing the piano and savoring a good cup of coffee.
